I would promote innovations in controlling the Internet and Individualizing the Internet.


To get the privilege to start Internet, a person would have to get himself/ herself registered. He / She would get an ID and Password, which would allow him/ her to access the Internet, whether on his own system or someone else’s system, Cyber café or an Office.

The personalized Internet would be intelligent enough to analyze and record the browsing behavior of the person, such that with the time the personalized/individualized Internet would mature to such an extent that even if another person tries to use other’s ID and Password to access internet, he/she cannot.

But if the Intelligence of the Personalized Internet goes crazy, the Supreme Administrator, i.e. the Government’s IT department, would have the right to correct it. Or the person would have to Re-Register for another ID and Password or He/ She would have to start as beginner to the original ID and Password.

The matured censorship of the Internet is must, so as to make the Internet Responsible.

The Internet must not promote pornography, nudity, abusive contents, violence, terrorism, crime, etc.

At present the scenario is such that even if I don’t like to see certain images/ videos etc., that image/videos will appear before me on the net. It is certainly the infringement of my right.

The anonymity should go away. Even if it exists, the Internet should treat the Anonymous person as a child.

Watching pornography, nudity, abusive contents, violence, terrorism, crime, etc, should require special Registration and extra payment of the service charge.

The Internet should have the power to define the personality of the person, so that even if there is a case of multiple personality, it becomes part of the single personality defined by the Internet.

Topic for discussion: Sexual behavior, Toilet and Sanitation behavior too reveals major part of the personality of the person.
